I had engine trouble 100 miles from waverly. I called the dealership. They sent down a vehicle for me to continue my trip and towed my vehicle back to the dealership. While my vehicle’s engine was being replaced, they loaned me a vehicle to drive. I have a new engine in my Silverado and experienced great customer service with the whole process. The Roling team is the best.

We wanted to get the oil changed, tires rotated check our vehicle over as we are going to take a short trip soon. I called and talked to Dianne to make an appointment I thought would be in a day or so. She had a cancellation and said we could come this afternoon. She caught us of guard, and we said sure 2:30 as it was shortly after one. We arrived with a smile and door open by Dianne. We went to the waiting area and in less then an hour we were on our way home talking about how fast and efficient this visit was and we' re ready for the trip now. SO, I called after I had gotten home, and they told me to bring it back in and they'd look at it. It didn't take them very long, and they had it fixed. I brought my new 2025 Traverse up for alignment. (Same tank of fuel that was in when I purcahsed it). It shakes back and forth to the point that passenger ask me to slow down well below the posted speed. This occurs on highways with longitudinal grooving. Your dealership got me in and your technician drove the vehicle, felt the problem and adjusted front and rear alignment. I completely trust his judgement. He thought the tires (Bridgestone tread pattern vs. my 2019 Traverse's continentals) were the issue. It was never an issue with the 2019 Traverse. after the alignement, I took my neighbor for a ride on Saturday and am still experiencing the same shaking. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY. I am now adjusting air pressure 40 in front and 35 in back to see if that helps. GM HAS A PROBLEM. NOT THE DEALER'S PROBLEM.

This was originally due to having to replace my 6.2 engine, which the Roling dealership did a fantastic job. I had to go back in for a recall notice on the original engine. Not only did Rolings replace the original engine but handled the recall notice. Everyone was very good at doing the work on all the work in the entire process That is why you only buy locally and from the Roling dealership. They take fantastic care of their customers.

Just bought truck 2 months ago from Rollings. Was told air filter was filthy and had No cabin filter. Just curious as to if either one of these should have been checked before it was put in the lot? Seems to me like that should be in a routine check. Specifically if you are outing it in the lot. But I guess it makes sense to have the new customer pay for it right? Just my two cents….

No issues with the service as usual. I made the appointment on-line and clicked the service special but instead of the advertised 75$ oil change and tire rotation I was charged 124$ for service. My wife picked the vehicle up so was not aware of the issue but when I called JR Chevrolet service back and explained they just failed to call me back and explain why the discount wasn't given.
